Stop forcing nature

What you do need is a balance of Intention + Action + Patience

Let’s be honest, no matter how quick you drink that detox tea, or how many green veggies you cram in a day, if it takes your red blood cells alone 4 months to regenerate then it’s going to take some time for your health and body to change.

Just like everything in life there is a timing for things, and patience really does need to be a virtue in that “in-between” phase.

Now don’t take the first 2 paragraphs literally and sit back on your little buns and do nothing and expect change to happen. No, that is wishful thinking and taking manifesting to a Dreamworks animation film level. (ie. dream state/ non-existent/ crystal ball level)

What you do need is a balance of Intention + Action + Patience.

Intention… is the energy and purpose behind your goal, and this needs to be on the positive side (believe in your system/ plan/ goal/ dream/ yourself)

Action…is what you need to carry out on a consistent basis for your goals to be realized. Without action you are just wishing and praying on faith

Patience… this doesn’t really need to be explained but it’s something that you will need to carry out when you’re internet connection is slow, and when things (sh*t) just happen along the way!

NATURE FLOWS!!!

We get so caught up in carrying out the first 2 elements in life that we forget about the 3rd…PATIENCE!

When things are forced it goes against nature’s way. Life naturally flows, yet our desire to have things almost instantly is creating a loss of depth, value, and trust within us and our process.

Sometimes you just need to let go, so whatever you are working on at the moment, take 5 on it!

Take a few deep breaths, look at it’s value in your life (is it something that is benefiting you or holding you back?) and either take action on it or don’t.

YES inaction is sometimes a key element to your goals working out. We can become so focused that we miss the bigger picture in our lives. Sometimes we just need to go back to nature, look at how it deals with all it’s forces, seasons, and elements and learn from it.

Be patient with yourself in the process. Stop forcing change to happen. Let go of things that aren’t serving you, and truly listen to your inner guidance.

Surround yourself with like minded people

All of a sudden you feel like you fit. All of a sudden you feel this feeling of being safe amongst a tribe. You feel supported, and that empowers you to be your true authentic self.

They say that you are the average of the 5 people you associate with most in your life, and I would have to say that has run true in my life.

Spending time with people who inspire you, motivate you, and perhaps are a little higher on the scale of where you would like to be, encourages you to lift your game and pursue your dreams.

Like minded people reaffirm your path and what you are about. They help you to learn more in the field/s of what you are interested in and also help you learn what has helped them along their way, which is usually the little set backs they have grown from.

After spending a few hours in a room filled with people I had never met before but had come together for similar interests this weekend, I realized how powerful being in that  space was.

All of a sudden you feel like you fit. All of a sudden you feel this feeling of being safe amongst a tribe. You feel supported, and that empowers you to be your true authentic self.

What a feeling!

I walked out of the event feeling “I need to do more to share my knowledge and gifts” that “I need to trust myself” more with what I do, and know that I am not alone in my way of thinking.

Your tribe is like your family, and the amazing thing about being a human being is that you can choose and have free choice in who you would like to spend your time with. You can choose to surround yourself with people that uplift you and support you in a loving way or you can choose to have those that are less inspiring. We know growth is hard for many people and change can be threatening to their comfort levels….but I know who I would rather be around đŸ™‚

Don’t be afraid to lose some friends in your life. You are just making space for some awesomeness to come in.

Don’t be afraid to change locations, cities and workplaces. You are moving to places that are more aligned with where you want grow.

Don’t be afraid to reach out to people in your field you have never met before. They were once where you are now.

Don’t be afraid to join new groups, organizations, and communities. Like attracts like.

Your vibe attracts your tribe!

Make yourself available, put yourself out there, and don’t fear change. The right people will let you know if you are not doing enough to get where you want to go and nudge you accordingly to get you there.

One final note…don’t take advice from people who have never changed careers, pursued their dreams or faced their fears. Want to move in life? Then get with the movers and shakers of this world and a few dreamers…we all need those in our lives.

What’s your environment?

Eating fresh produce, drinking water and exercising daily supplies your body with a healthy internal environment to operate well.

Reading books, studying, learning new skills and topics nourishes your mind and provides a healthy, positive environment for your brain to function.

Surrounding yourself with supportive, loving, and encouraging people provides you with a safe space to be yourself and grow.

Mother nature provides you with a clean, healthy, nourishing and supportive environment for you to live in when in her natural state.

Environments are everything in life from plants to home to science labs.

What I haven’t yet mentioned is the fact that your body is filled with trillions of cells and whatever goes into your body physically, energetically, and mentally, provides a type of environment for those cells to live in.

Cells reproduce all the time. Some last for a few seconds and some last up until your last breath.

Now, have you ever stopped to think about the environment you supply for these cells to grow in? This could be the kind of food you eat, the products you put on your body, to the type of people you surround yourself with.

What about your thoughts and emotions you have every day? Are they positive and encouraging, or are they limiting and counterproductive?

What you subconsciously and consciously think about is what you are ultimately creating in your life. I think they call that Law Of Attraction/ Manifesting.

Want to change the internal environment of your body to be healthier and more positive?

Well I’ve got a few affirmations/ statements to help you achieve that; but before you go ahead and say them, make sure your intentions are pure and free of expectation, because that will keep you exactly where you are!

  • I am happiness
  • I am health and vitality
  • I love and accept myself as I am
  • I love my body, take good care of it and radiate beauty
  • Every cell in my body is health conscious
  • I am gratitude
  • I am love
  • I am positive in all aspects of my life
  • and anything else you would like to make your own in I AM form.

Commit to saying some/one of these daily whenever it feels right to you, and see how they make you feel on the inside. Your environment doesn’t change overnight, nor in just a week, but give yourself a chance to create some positivity in your life.

As within so without.

Can it really be called quitting?

If you don’t feel the fire in your career choice?
If you end a relationship that isn’t fulfilling you anymore?
If you pack your bags and move abroad to travel and explore?
What about if you’re just fed up with the direction your life is heading in?

I think not, and I don’t think you could ever quit in life.

You can give up on something that may be hard, character testing, or challenging, but your heart knows the difference between what is good for you, and what is holding you back.

You are never too old, too young, incapable, or unqualified to make a decision to stop what you are doing and change direction.

We get so caught up with the daily grind of routine, work, bills, family, and social commitments that we forget to fuel the fire for our existence.

So if you have an unfulfilled desire to pursue a goal or a dream then go do it. Get online and start researching on how you could get in line with that desire.

Start talking about your goals to people, and see if they know someone who could help you.

Get your pen and paper out and start writing down what you want.

Never stop learning. Never stop growing. Never stop dreaming. Never stop believing in yourself.

Forget the “I don’t quit” mentality and start working the “I deserve more” mentality.
