Wheels in motion – chakras

You may not be able to physically see or touch your chakras but you will definitely know about them if they are working overtime or being lazy.

Chakra is the Sanskrit word for  “wheels of energy/ light” that help to connect our physical body with our energy body. This is how we are able as human beings to feel, think, sense, and connect to a higher level of being/ consciousness.

We have hundreds of energy systems running throughout our bodies and the chakras are one of the main dominant ones. They are connected through our nervous system branching from our spine, where we have the sushumna nadi (main channel where prana/energy travels through the centre of the spinal cord) that runs from our coccyx (root chakra) through to the top our head (crown chakra).

We have 7 main chakras that connects us from the ground up.
1. Muladhara – Root chakra – Red
2. Swadhisthana – Sacral chakra – Orange
3. Manipura – Solar plexus – Yellow
4. Anahata – Heart chakra – Green/ Pink
5. Vishuddha – Throat chakra – Blue
6. Ajna – Third eye – Indigo
7. Sahasara – Crown chakra – Violet

As everything is energy, chakras themselves have their own vibration. It is here where they have their own colour through the range of the infrared light spectrum. The lower the chakra in the body the lower its vibration.

Not only do chakras have their own vibrations but they also have their own emotions, sound, relating organs and systems, as well as human behaviour and attributes.

When these wheels are unbalanced they can create physical problems in your life. Whether it be from having ankle problems due to instability, to breathing issues from a broken heart and having trust issues, chakra balancing is key to helping you live a healthy, happy, connected life.

Your body naturally knows how to heal itself and it is the reason why you sometimes feel more inclined to eat specific foods or wear a certain colour on different days. Your body is trying to heal and balance itself and intuitively you are doing it without realising…isn’t that amazing?!

The more you learn about the chakra system the more you begin to understand the interwoven relationship of how everything about us is affected by everything within and without. And when you rise through the chakras you become less of an individual with selfish needs and desires, to becoming a more conscious collective being.

Are you doing what makes you happy?

Your breath is your reality check. You waking up daily is your 24hours to make something positive in your day. You just being here and creating a difference in someone’s life whether you know it or not is enough to create some happy vibes in your life.

This is a serious question to ask yourself!

Mediocrity is so last year and it’s honestly time to put those “I’m OK. I’m fine” feelings to bed!

We know that happy is an inside job, it’s a state of mind and an inner peace, but I know I’d rather be sitting on a beach watching the sunset than being stuck in traffic.

Life is not an easy journey and we didn’t just incarnate for that mediocre fairytale we have somehow been sold. We have come here to experience life, to feel emotions, to grow through our lessons and to join up with our soul mates (yes they do exist and there is not just one of them either!) and create moments.

We have also come here to have fun, to enjoy this blink of existence, to contribute our gifts to humanity and the earth, and help make this world a better place.

We have an average of about 80 years of life in us, of course this depends on where you are living and sorry to say that the male expires before the female, (check your lifespan here) and it really does go by quickly, judging by my first 30 years of life.

Life really is too short to do anything less than what makes you happy.

There will be times that you will have to eat humble pie, do things you don’t like, put up with people that test your patience (family gatherings are one of those times), swallow that bitter pill in the face of negative criticism and be nice to people that truly are just assholes, but at the end of it all it really doesn’t matter.

Just take a look at the picture in this post. It was named the happiest photo on the internet (I’m not kidding…google it!), and even the camel got involved in those happy positive vibes. That right there is happiness at it’s finest.

Have you actually asked yourself “what is it that makes me happy?”

Perhaps it’s singing in the karaoke bar with your mates dressed in 80’s gymwear; maybe it’s reading a book in the countryside all by yourself drinking hot chocolate with marshmallows; it could be a simple stroll with your loved one under the night sky; maybe it’s falling asleep in fresh bed sheets; maybe it’s closing 6 figure deals with your team at work; maybe it’s taking mixology lessons to get your espresso martini’s right; or as simple as switching off the phone on a Saturday night to chill with Netflix.

Just do it. Just do it. Just do it!

If there is anything good to come out of the brand Nike it’s that famous slogan.

Don’t wait for the death of a loved one, or a serious illness to shake you up out of your hamster wheel routine, it doesn’t need to get to that point for a reality check.

Your breath is your reality check. You waking up daily is your 24hours to make something positive in your day. You just being here and creating a difference in someone’s life whether you know it or not is enough to create some happy vibes in your life.

Don’t get bogged down by the media, do yourself a favour and avoid the news for a week, I assure you the world will still exist and you might just find something positive to talk about.

Start writing your “what makes me happy” list and start checking them off.

As the famous quote states “We are not here for a long time, we are here for a good time”.

Who’s accountable?

“It’s her fault, she made me angry and I lashed out!”  Ummm, well actually this is not completely true and would you hate me if I told you that it was YOU that made YOU lash out?

She only made you become aware of the anger that was already residing within you and her words/actions hit your “angry pain” button.

Yes it’s true, no one else can make you feel a certain way except for you as an individual. We can get mad about people disrespecting us, taking us for granted, and ignoring us, but we can only change how we react to them, not in how they choose to treat us. A little bit like “don’t let your happiness be controlled by something you can’t control.”

What is within us can only come to light, just like orange juice can only come from the inside of an orange and not apple or pineapple juice.  No one can pass on anger to us like a baton or a side dish, it is something that is hiding deep within that gets triggered by a memory in our brain and in our body’s cells.

Taking responsibility for your emotions is one of the most empowering things you can ever do. You take power back from the emotion/s and own the way you feel. You become present to how you are feeling and realize that those emotions are yours and they can be changed through conscious awareness.

You can also heal these emotions as you bring awareness to them within the body. As we know emotions are energy that can become trapped in the body if they are not processed at the time they are felt.

It is quite easy to pass responsibility for how we feel and for the state we are in mentally, emotionally and physically. As grown adults we are aware that we can change our internal and external environments through our choices,and if you are not, well I guess you just became aware!

Now responsibility goes beyond juts owning your emotions. It is about accepting that you are at this point in your life through your own decisions, level of work and your belief systems.

The type of relationships you create in your life are through your conscious and unconscious decisions.

The level of happiness in your life is a conscious choice of how you see yourself.

The type of environment you live in is a reflection of your choices on what you like to be around.

Your health status is all about what your lifestyle choices.

Your travels are through your conscious choices to pick those destinations.

Taking accountability and responsibility for your life gives you the driver seat in which way you take direction. It stops others from controlling you on various levels; financially,emotionally, mentally and in career.

Take back your power, empower yourself to becoming who you desire to be, create your dreams and goals into reality and account yourself for making those things happen.

Blaming others can almost be labelled immature. This is what growing up into becoming a responsible adult really means and not just a legal right to buy alcohol and drive because you’re over 18.

The choice is yours.

 

How to get through the Ascension

After last week’s blog many of you got in touch and let me know that you were experiencing some and all of the ascension symptoms I had mentioned.

I was taken aback by some of your experiences and positive responses, and it was great to be able to go deeper with you all in talking about this collective conscious shift. Funnily enough as synchronicity will have it, unpacking my boxes last week I saw  The Ascension Mysteries by David Wilcock that I had purchased right before I left the UK to read once I got back to Australia. Timing couldn’t have been better.

So, it only makes sense to continue on this week with some tips to help you get through this ascension transition, or anyone else you may know of that will benefit from this information.

A site I found quite helpful in my research was AscensionSymptoms. It has a further detailed list of symptoms, what can cause them, and some YouTube links helping explain ascension further.

A small list of what you can do whilst your upgrade is happening:

  • Spend time in nature – DAILY with walks in the park, beach, nature hikes, barefoot on grass
  • Let go –  old thought patterns, emotions, negative beliefs. Some modalities that help  EFT, TEC, energy work/healing, life coaching, sound healing, affirmations.
  • Meditate – best time is in the morning after rising. You can also you guided meditations online.
  • Breathe deeply & Mindfulness (staying present) – connecting the breath with conscious inhalation & exhalation.  Helps clear the energy channels (nadis) in the body and helps controls the mind. By doing this you stay present in he NOW.
  • Salt baths/ Himalayan salt lamps – you can also sprinkle salt on your doorway entrances to keep negativity out of your house/flat/room. Leave for a day or two then hoover.
  • Avoid Fluoride – it calcifies your pineal gland which is key to using your higher senses and intuition. It also has many side effects on your health.
  • Essential Oils – frankincense, lavender, rose
  • Ask –  for guidance, protection and an uplift of your energy in challenging times. 

Take some time on your own to really connect with YOU, to listen to inner changes that may be happening and feel what your body needs during this period.

Ascension signs & symptoms

If you are not already feeling the shift that is going on globally then perhaps you might be familiar with some of the symptoms as we go from 3D into 5D (D= dimension). Headaches, increased sensitivity to heat/cold, increase in senses, changes in diet and sleep patterns, seeing glimpses of lights/ shadows, and increase of intuitive feelings.

A Dimension is not a place or location, it is a level of consciousness that vibrates at a certain rate. Planet Earth has it’s own vibration of 7.83Hz, and this is in line with the human frequency. Hence, when we are in nature we feel very connected and peaceful; our vibrations are in alignment.

The higher us humans can raise our vibration, the more dimensions we can consciously experience and access; what we perceive as awareness of reality.

Ascension is happening EVERYWHERE.

Whether you like it or not you are changing, and it not only relates to humans, but to other planets and the entire universe.This is what 2012 signified with the end of the Mayan calendar and not the end of the world as people believed. The end of a consciousness that humanity has been at is now ascending into higher levels.

Ascension you ask?

Well nothing stays the same, it has to grow to learn and to expand and this is exactly what we are doing!

Ascension is an acceleration of vibrational energy and expansion of awareness that leads to a shift of consciousness.

Our DNA is being upgraded into higher levels of BE-ing which means we are being tuned-up and rebooted. Our old programs are beginning to fall away and we are embodying a lighter, more positive, loving and connected vibration.

Changes occur on all levels. Mentally, Physically, Spiritually, and Emotionally.

Before we get to the 5th dimension we first must go through the 4th dimension which acts like a purifying filter. Just like in the chakras the 4th is the heart, so as we go through this shift we are dealing with matters of the heart; love, relationships, doing what your heart desires, healing old emotional traumas, letting go of grief.

It may be of no surprise to you in reading that the following is happening to you or to someone you know as the upgrade occurs: quitting your job for a more fulfilling one; wanting to use the money earned into helping build communities, support projects for better sustainability; ending long term unhappy relationships; divorcing partners; taking on a more spiritual path in life after a death of loved one…

5D

This is where we are ascending to. As a collective we are moving out of a fear based, controlled and suppressed way of life and moving into a loving, peaceful, harmonious unified world working together for peace.

You can see this happening all around you. Plastics ban, unified front against corporations, use of social media to spread awareness, coming together to help in times of un/natural disasters, de-funding projects that negatively impact the planet, helping refugees, creating conscious documentaries, supporting local businesses, animal rights and the list goes on.

We are being brought together in the midst of all the madness, helping each other where we can because this is our true core nature. LOVE.

There are many signs that you are now living in the 5D but here are the 7 basic ones everyone experiences.

  1.  Daily feelings of joy, lightness, love and wonder, spacious, light, deep gratitude
  2.  Heavy negativity will release easier. Learning how to let go. Releasing lifetimes of old traumas will happen in minutes/ seconds rather years.
  3.  Increase in senses, will experience the world with greater beauty as colour spectrum will be wider
  4.  Time will feel more fluid, eternal and illusory. No ill feelings toward how things are done. Understand that you are infinite.
  5. Constant unexplained synchronistic experiences and manifestations. Daily even!
  6.  A knowing/feeling guided by something higher than your mind and imagination, greater silence, greater feeling of safety.
  7.  Ability to access multidimensional body.
    (all matter = energy + consciousness : time + space = illusion)
    Anything you can imagine you can experience, time travel, be in 3 places at once.

I’m not manifesting that fast yet, and I would certainly like to be in different places at the same time, but it’s a process and it could take me another decade or so to really feel this shift. However, the more meditation I do, the more raw vegetables my diet consists of, and the more time I spend time doing what I love, the transition into higher living will certainly happen faster.

The exciting thing that I mentioned earlier is that yes, we are coming together, we are believing that there is more to life than bills, ticking the boxes of the system, and sticking to what we know. There is a huge shift going on with people becoming more aware of their actions on this planet, becoming more conscious of future generations and what can be done, changing resources for greater sustainability, less spending on materialism, a greater oneness that we are all in this together on this beautiful planet.

Don’t take the shift too seriously! Life is a process of growing, learning and healing. We are conscious energy and we have infinity to work on ourselves and experience life as we choose.

We are not alone in this process of ascension. There are things, beings and energies I cannot explain or know about that are helping humanity through this transition.

As we rise, the negativity and heaviness departs, as it cannot survive in higher vibrations and this is why raising your frequency is so important. Remember the higher your vibration the healthier and happier you are and more aligned with WHO you are.

Perhaps those headaches you are experiencing is your consciousness expanding.
